Richwon, perhaps you are aware of this but the National Park Service has a website that lists all the campsites in Voyagers National park AND there are 4 photos and a description for each site. In combination with a map I think you should be able to get a really good feel for sites you have an interest in. All sites up there require reservations so it is a great tool to find a site that appears, at least, to have the attributes that you are looking for.

i find it interesting browsing and daydreaming material for the middle of the winter!!

I am not sure what site you are referring to.

Hello there. Considering we will likely bring our boat up this year I will be doing VNP. I have experience on Crane and like some of what it has to offer but I know I will not be camping there. (The Pre-Reservation Days)

Does anyone have recommendations for site numbers in or near grassy bay?
Also the area of South Namakan in the labyrinth of lslands looks protected enough. Do you recall good site numbers.
We like the following:
hanging out.
fishing.
exploring.
beach.
I realize this is a far out request. Thanks

Depends on what’s available when you’re there.
