mirth: "Glad to hear it was just a stock issue, but you'd think they would have reached out to let you know." Agree! I'm glad I have all the maps I'll ever need. |

I tried another email from my work email. I'll see if that works. I don't have a fax. I still have plenty of time but it's aggravating to say the least. If no one is going to be there at least leave a different recording or post it on the website. |

In your shoes (frustration), I would even fax a short note, mail a short letter and email 'em them (again) at this point. Once each method. Then you've done all you can do. Then you are forced to wait till they are back from sunny Arizona. ;-) Kidding aside, one never knows what the issue could be. Traveling, illness, death in the family, phone lines messed up, impromptu ski trip, etc. It would have been prudent of them to post a statement on the web site if an interruption of services is in effect. |

Granted they are only 100 miles or so from me. |

mjmkjun: "Definitely not the norm. Let us know what becomes of this if you can." I have called and left messages this week to no avail. The last one was after 10 am. I can only hope he is on a 2 month vacation in Arizona. (I say he because the recording is a male voice) |

I received an email confirmation but have yet to receive my maps. I call and all I get is an answering machine. I've emailed with my confirmation without response. Does anyone have any info on winter hours or availability? I work night shift and it can be difficult to make random calls throughout the day. Thanks in advance for any info. |
