I just did this a few weeks ago. We single portaged and left the parking lot at 8am. We certainly weren't pushing hard and made it to Agnes in 4 hours or so.
On the way out it took us 5.5 hours from one of the northern campsites on Agnes heading into a S wind the entire way.

Just wondering how long that little trek would take?

To reach Agnes it should take you anywhere from 3-4 hours if you single portage. Add 30 minutes or so to if you plan to stay at one of the northern sites.

You could be there by lunch this time of the year with a good start and not wasting time fishing or exploring.
If you pushed it in the longer daylight times (June/July) you could be there late morning with a daylight start. Every day now you get less and less light
