Super easy to access-right along the portage trail (30 rods) into Found. It is not a large site, might be tough to find enough tent pads if you have a large group, however. Since it is along the portage trail, you won't have a ton of privacy, but there's only one campsite, so you wont have to deal with any neighbors, you will have the lake to yourself...

Has anyone visited or stayed at the Found Lake (off of Moose) campsite? We have a large group going in including kids and was wondering if this would be a fairly easy yet less busy site to stay at. Can't find any reviews or photos. Thanks!

Just keep in mind that at that campsite you will still hear motorboats. We can hear them halfway down Ensign Lake.

I've never been through there (will be heading through Moose Lake area for the first time this September) but there are a couple of reviews and photos over on some other sites

For some reason it wouldn't let me put the name of the other site -- said I was including a link, even if I just said the name of the site, without the full web address.


It's not an oar, but similar, and then planner. Hope you can sort that out.
