Planning our trip for August 2023. I've posted before, but I'm looking for more information anyone may have on the section between Brigand and Pageant, and the Sioux Hustler trail down to Heritage.

I've read all the PMA info in every post I could find regarding this PMA and only made contact with one other person that's done this. I realize this is an 11-12 mile push and we plan to cover it in two days, camping on Pageant.

Any NEW info is helpful (except read the forums. I've read ALL the forums.)

Have you checked out this info? BWCAwild has the most PMA related info that I have found so far.

We are canoeing. We are coming down through thumb, contentment and brigand and bushwacking down from brigand to pageant. Taking the SHT from pageant down to heritage.

I'm confused are you traveling by canoe or hiking? I've been through the lakes you mentioned years ago. It was rough going then; lots of bushwhacking. There's been a big blowdown in that area since I was there. I think I've responded to PMA posts on this area in the past. Though I've been on Heritage a few times, it wasn't on the Weeny PMA trip. That looked like too much work. Fishing was poor for me.

Yes I have checked that one out. Very little info on this area, just hoping anyone else has tried it since the blow down almost a decade ago, maybe even in the last year or so.
