It has it's share of flaws, but all cosmetic.
I'm anxious to see how it handles compared to the stripper it came off of !

Just wanted to share the Build thread of my Carbon/ Kevlar Pearl Build !
Instead spending the time to type, I will share a link to the Build over at Canoe Tripping. net.





The canoe weighed in at just under 36# I have to varnish the hull and Watco the gunnels.
I'm happy with the weight of this 16' solo.

Just finish putting the finishing touches on Black Pearl.
She weighs in at 36 1/2 #, with Spar Urethane on the hull, and Watco on the trim.
I'm happy with that.
Hope to have her in the BWCA this Fall.
