Why voyeur when you can touch? Go local. If you're in the Twin Cites there's a real canoe shop minutes from your home - NorthWest Canoe

We know about technology and how to use webcams, but we don't want you watchin if we gotta scratch an itch.

I posted this on the gear forum last week, and the topic quickly got buried. I figured everyone here may be interested but may have missed it.

Northwoods Canoe Company, Rollin Thurlow's cedar canvas canoe company, has a webcam in their shop. You can watch them do whatever one would expect a canoe shop to do. Lots of refurbishing, new builds, and all around cool stuff.

There is also a feature where a single day is time lapsed, as well as an option to look at all the images from a day. Its pretty cool.

Here's a link: Northwoods Canoe Shop Cam

-go about 1/2 way down the page and click the "canoecam" link.
