I already sent away for an RABC, I haven't received it yet. Now, two additional people are going to join the trip. Does the RABC application need passport copies for each person on the trip? If not, I wonder if it might be possible to phone the RABC office and have the additional people added. If passport copies are required for each person, then the new people will need to send in their own RABC application.

The RABC is only good for yourself, your spouse and your minor children. Otherwise each adult or unaccompanied minor must have their own RABC. Details can be found here.

RC, are you referring to the park permit that you draw?
Banksiana is right, the RABC is for for clearing customs remotely and is requested by and for each individual.

Thanks for the advice and the link. Yes, I was referring to the Remote Border Crossing. We still need to get a permit.
