Has postage to Canada always been 1.15? I just got my application back marked insufficient postage.

Shoot, I just mailed mine this morning. I guess it will get returned then.

I put a stamp with forever postage on it and mailed in early April. It wasn't returned and I got the RABC yesterday. I was fully expecting it to get returned for insufficient postage. Hmmm. Oh well, I'll take it.

Maybe you used a "Whatever a "instead of a "forever".

Last year I think I also just put a forever stamp on (not thinking about it) and it went through. I'll take it to the post office from now on.

I had 2 forever stamps and got mine back; they must like you better! " Ha! It’s pretty strange. I was shocked.

I just got an e-mail from a tripping buddy, "My RABC just came back to me with wrong address. I used an old RABC form and had the old address."
I don't know the wrong address or correct address, but beware!

I always take mine to the Post Office counter, just to be sure.

I ran it by google to get the rate and then realized all my stamps were "forever" postage and not marked with a value. Ended up in the post office anyway.
