I believe only the Falls Chain, as you must head directly to, and pass through the lakes listed for your entry within a day or two. Not doing so can result in a fine( I know of a party that had this happen). Passing through the Man Chain would not take you directly to Kawnipi.

This is correct.

If I plan to enter the park via Cache Bay and I plan to go right to Kawnipi, are my entry point options only Falls Chain and Man Chain?

If you're going in via Cache Bay, Falls Chain is your BEST entry to get to Kawnipi quickly. As stated, if you get a Man Chain entry and paddle the Falls Chain to Kawnipi from Cache Bay, skipping the Man Chain, you are in violation.
