The Beer Stores and LCBO's (Liquor Control Board Outlet) are always busy, probably more so now.

Including backcountry, until April 30th for now.
For those of us in the US, we'd need the border to open too, but still, now multiple hurdles to overcome before a north-of-the-border paddle.

Ontario parks closed - though the decision is dubious, Ontarians can afford it: they could retire to Crown land waters. For folks south of the closed border no such resort, alas.
