Our group is trying to email Canada Border Services Agency for our RABC permit for Quetico. The email provided on the Canada Border Service website does not work. Anyone have success doing this recently and can provide the proper email address?
I submitted a client support ticket as well.

Greetings--When I applied for our RABC in January, the address was CBSA.RABCApplications-ApplicationsPRFE.ASFC@cbsa-asfc.gc.ca

Our last of 6 was submitted last week, to the following:
CBSA.RABCApplications-ApplicationsPRFE.ASFC@cbsa-asfc.gc.ca
Fwiw, turn around was anywhere from <24 hrs (not kidding) to 8 days (for our resident outlaw). Hope this helps.

Got it taken care of. The email provided matches the one online and it works. I had sent the email and their system must have been down for an evening or two. thanks for your help.

Feeling a bit sheepish on this. You asked for an email. I have had good success on delayed permits with a phone number.
