I must be doing something wrong, never had the problem before, can't seem to pull interior park permits reservation site up?
Other parks are there?

When you select Backcountry, there is a specific selection for Paddling, Hiking, and Quetico. I don’t know why they put it there instead of in the Parks list.

The Ontario Parks website is a classic case of programmers treating end-users like necessary evils. It is atrociously user unfriendly.
