So from this article, lake trout look to be a green light in the Q!

The way I read the regulations is that lake trout, northern pike, and smallmouth bass are in season now, and it is only walleye that open on May 21st. Hope I'm right because I was expecting to catch a couple lakers when I enter on the 19th.

Found some time off to get out fishing next week. Hadn't thought to be able to do a trip and haven't been able to pre-plan like usual.
Is it open fishing in the Q for lake trout and walleye? As I understand it, permit wise it is self check-in before the 20th? Haven't been to the Q for a few years. Outdoor card, fishing license, no live bait, pinch or remove barbs, don't bring glass or cans?
