Another fan of Nido here. We use it for recipes, on cereal, in morning coffee and my daughter actually drinks it.

We couldn't find a small can last summer (Walmart near me was out and I was in a hurry so didn't want to drive elsewhere) so I bought the big one (at target nearby) and put the unused portion in the freezer. Been using it this summer for trips and it seems to have held just fine. When I kept it over the winter in the past it got really clumpy and didn't mix.

I use Peak dry whole milk powder, a Dutch product that I order it through Amazon. Nido is made by Nestlé whose products I try to avoid due to their views that people's rights to water is "extreme" and that it should be privatized. JMHO

I use Nido, it's whole milk, good for granola, coffee, tea
Milkman is low fat milk
Hoosier Hill farms has teriffic products, I've used their powdered cheeses & other dried products & have always been pleased with their quality.
Pay attention to what type of milk it is & how you are going to use it when buying.

I use it primarily for cooking mixes but NIDO is my first choice. In the Twin Cities Walmart was the only place I could find it in the smaller size container.

I put some in my instant oatmeal and my son used to be a morning cocoa drinker, so he used it too.

I use Milkman. It's ok for cooking or to put on cereal, but truthfully it does not taste like fresh milk. I've not tried Nido, so maybe will give it a try when I exhaust my supply of Milkman. I don't use a lot of dried milk on trips though, so a little goes a long way.

Gotta chuckle at that. I have even more issues with Nestle products but I did work for them 44 years. Anyway one product I saw in bulk at work was air dried whole milk powder, much from Indiana. I like Hoosier Hill Farms
It is one dried milk I can drink as milk. Also make a variety of powdered dairy products.

I use powdered milk all the time in different things while camping.
I have to say Nido is one of the better brands
