I would bring 2 - 48 oz bottles of corn or vegetable oil. We do deep fried beer batter.

How much cooking oil for 7 people for 4 nights frying fish 2 fish per?

Thanks. We want be deep frying either so I am thinking 24 oz. will work

Yes for sure more if you deep fry. I just put a few tablespoons into a pan and lightly fry the shore lunch. I don't mix water with the shore lunch. Just the breading and then light fry.
