I would think it depends a lot on menu. I use Trader Joe's ghee. An 8 ounce jar last for three one wek trips for 2 people. Some baked things, usually a dozen eggs or two per trip.

thats a tough one
I would think it would depend on the size of the frying pan that you're using
You could always figure that part out before you leave to a idea of how much you need

We will probably take lard but am unsure of how much. I know it varies greatly but we won't be deep frying the fish, just cooking it. How much to you normally take per meal for a group of six?
