I can honestly say I’ve never eaten tuna or any other “helper”. Grew up making everything from scratch. So I never thought of bringing it to bw. I may have to reconsider.

the recipe does call for milk but instant works too in the BW ,i've brought this along on a few trips , a nice change of pace.
