Lake Trout.


Remove the head and clean out


One layer of: butter, lemon, onion, salt & pepper on the bottom, inside and outside in a foil pack. Flip only once and enjoy.

Brookies- gut, leave whole, grill over hot coals/no flame until skin is crispy. By far my favorite way to eat them.

Had rainbow trout in New Zealand and got this recipe from out guide:
add brown sugar and lemon pepper, boil filets in tinfoil in a pan of water. Quite tasty.
