I just pour boiling water into a container with the veggies and let them sit for 10 minutes or so while preparing other parts of the meal.

Interesting...how are they prepared?

Found these at the Target in Onalaska, WI. About $3.50 a bag. Two hearty serving/bag.

I dehydrate veggies for larger groups, but for solos or two people these are great. Take a lot less time to prepare.

Thanks for the heads up about these. I picked up a box of smaller portions of both the corn and peas. We are going to add them to our meals on our trip later this month. Don't have the time or energy to dig out the dehydrator, so these will come in handy for this upcoming trip!

I saw these, but decided that cost wise it was more effective to dehydrate my own. I buy a bag of frozen mixed veggies, peas, or any other kind of veggie I want to use and pour them onto the dehydrator tray. If the green beans are larger than the other pieces, use a scissors and cut them down to the same size. Start the dehydrator and 6-8 hours later you have veggies ready to go! I did 3 bags for our last trip and they were a hit with the entire crew.
