This is an awesome book. Tells how to dehydrate anything, then has recipes for using what you've dried. Includes "trail" recipes for people like us.

I hope my link works. I'm posting from my iPad, which doesn't always do links properly. If not, I'm sure you can google. :)

I had it from the library for as long as I could, and now it's on my holiday gift list.
