I've used it. Not sure if I've used Tyson. The VF was just fine. Go for it.

If chicken salad is a test - versus in gravy with mashed or stove-top - they did fine as well.
I wonder if they are packaged at the same plant.

I used them a couple of times and didn't have any issues. Even the wife liked it with my famous chicken chili taco's..........

Anyone try the Valley Fresh Pouch Chicken?
I haven't been able to find the Tyson chicken at the store lately so I bought a pack to give it a try. Just haven't had a good opportunity to use it yet. Anyone try these that can compare it to the tyson? They sell them at HyVee here for about $3.50/pouch so pretty close to the same price, maybe even a little cheaper according to the prices I see online for Tyson.

They were fine on my trips and at Philmont.

As an FYI, Valley Fresh is owned by the Hormel Corp. It is cheaper than the Swanson brand in the Twin City stores I go to, but tastes the same as far as I can tell. Swanson’s is owned by the Campbell Soup Corp.
Edit: Oops I've mixed up Swanson's with Tyson's.
