lake trout, wrapped in foil with thinly sliced lemon and onion, julienned carrot, celery, lemon pepper, sea salt. cook on the grill or firegrate or coals.

How do you cook your lake trout. I haven't had lake trout in years and the only way my Dad ever cooked was baked in the oven. So what I am asking what your favorite way to lake trout.
