Does anyone know the brand of the foil corned beef? I can't find it at my Walmart. They only have chicken, salmon, and tuna in the foil packs.

I couldn't find it at our local Walmart either. I found some today, of all places, at Menards. It was on an end-cap in their food area, along with seasoned ground beef and spicy/hot ground beef.

Really?!!! I will check there! I looked at two different Walmarts, SAMs, and Woodmans. No luck.

If you happen to be traveling on I35 past Pine City Minnesota, the Walmart there just off the freeway has both the Libby’s foil packed Corned Beef and Beef Crumbles; ...direct from Brazil.

Nope, not going that way. We don't hit Minnesota until Duluth. I guess we'll have to go without it. I looked at Menards today and had no luck.

I believe it's Libby's. They also do beef crumbles in a pouch which you can use with the cheese flavored hungry jack hash to make a kind of cheeseburger hash browns.

Thank you. I'll look at a different Walmart and maybe Sam's.

Actually, my wife found it yesterday, and I went back today. I was afraid she was using Spam in some of our meals without my knowledge . . . so I had to check it out. They had Spam and tuna as well. I think they had chunk chicken too. All in foil packs. I believe the weight is 7 oz each.

lol. Spam would be fine for me, but I prefer the corned beef. And I'm not sure how my trip mates would feel about Spam.

Seems like Walmart has a ton of foil pack stuff for camping. I'll definitely hit them up when I am packing up my food pack.

Personally I go with the Hungry Jack Hashbrowns. I have the deli counter slice some lean corned beef extra thick. I dice it and dehydrate it.

second on the foil packages of corn beef. Pretty good with a number of things. I wonder if I can get a chicken to carry a pack with these in it for the fresh eggs in the morning?

Sounds good! I'll have to add this to the menu. Thanks for the idea!

Any boxed Skillet potato's and foil pouch corned beef. Delicious. Big hit in our group. Super easy. We had for breakfast but would be just as good for dinner

Fix potatoes according to box instructions
Transfer cooked potatoes to skillet and fry up with corn beef.

Foil wrapped corned beef found at Walmart near canned tuna. Looks like crap when you open the pouch. Don't let that fool you. Yum!
