The Wild Garden Hummus they are both selling is pretty good. I've had it on airplanes in the snack boxes.
We have hummus about half the days for lunch and to save weight we use the dry mix from Fantastic Foods. Then we add extra spices to make it more interesting and with different spices for different days there is more variety. Made in camp with warm water and some olive oil and it can be quite good.

Just an FYI stopped at world market this last week and they now have small shelf-stable servings of hummus for a buck. Tastes pretty good.
