not a BW recipe,cooked at home. but just had to share, fried up some sunnies in instant potato spuds. toast w/mircle whip- 8 whole sunny fillets-tarter sauce-lettuce-toast. it was excellent.

That's one of my son's favorite brown bag lunches to take to school.

Fresh caught sunfish fillet was his very first solid food when he was an infant.
