I bought a container of dried beets at Aldi. They are really delicious! I never feel like I get enough veggies when I'm on a trip, so I'm adding these. I don't know if it's something they usually carry or not, or if it's available anywhere else...Brand is "Southern Grove."

They are called "dried beets" but seem a bit like beet chips; there is oil involved.

Yes they have them there all of the time now. They used to be just a every so often item. If you love those you can also make your own zucchini or summer squash chips if you have a dehydrator or even use an oven to dehydrate them.
