This Coopers Hawk was watching my bird feeders carefully 20 feet from my window.

been doing lots of driving lately, along the flooded MN river. SOOOOOO many eagles, hawks, geese, duck, swans. one day the river is open with mini-whitecaps and the next it's frozen over again.

Great bird pictures, we've had a Cooper's Hawk watching our bird feeder periodically this year too. Haven't got a decent pic.
Got this at Medlock Spring on the Current River today. I really liked the way the Sunbeam hit the water:

SOOOO excited from my drive late this afternoon once it quit snowing and most roads were sort of plowed.

Today, I drove up to a nearby lake that I know had some open water in a channel. There was waterfowl everywhere, including 6 of these funny spotted ducks :)
