If you're planning on taking and using it in the BW, Fishman, you might want to consider the waterproof, shockproof one. I just carry mine on a lanyard around my neck and put it in my shirt pocket. It's readily accessible and I take a lot more pictures now.

Used or factory refurbished, best bang for limited under $200! I've had good results with E-Bay (used), and major brand retail shops (refurbished).
You need to do some research to make your own decisions, Digital Photography Review is a good source with archived reviews and articles.
