That's really a pretty area. Do you pay to stay in these cabins? I bet Stella loves going on trips like this.

I gotta ask something though - do you ever get the willys on a trip like this? You know, where you think someone might be there in the woods?

Very nice pics btw.

Sounds like you enjoyed your trip. Sometimes a little rain forces you to slow down, relax, read a book, take a nap! Enjoyed the pictures - thanks for sharing!

This is the Porcupine Mtns in the UP, correct?

One of those cabins would be perfect for my family...going to keep that one in mind.

Lovely pics! Thanks for sharing.

I envy you folks that live back to the East! Out here most of the leaves just turn brown and fall off. In the high country the aspen do put on a pretty good show. Fall is defiantly my favorite time of the year. Sounds like you had a very relaxing trip!!

That one shot looks like it's from the Escarpment Trail yes? That's one of my all time favorite hikes. Short but very dramatic. The colors were a nice bonus huh?

Thanks for taking us back.

Very nice. I really like the pictures. Imagine, the latrine enclosed like that! I'd get claustrophobia!

That's another Michigan attraction I need to experience.
