It sounds like everyone had great fun! It's wonderful to introduce kids to the wilderness - great memories! In September we spent time in a cabin on the Echo Trail (after our canoe trip) hiking, fishing, and taking day trips. Your trip report brought all of that back to us - we hiked the Dry Lake loop - it was beautiful. Thanks for your report!

Wonderful.that was just as good,if not better, as a two week rough and tumble through Quetico by a gang of fisherman.
