Nice quick trip, and looked like a great time.
I took a shower last year and enjoyed it a lot, along with a hammock for the first time also. The hashbrowns and fish looks delicious.
Welcome to the board and nice report!

I've taken a number of 4 to 4 1/2 day trips and I know what mean about it just seems too short, especially if you have a couple of bad weather days. Add to that the fact that I've got a 1,250-mile drive to get there and same to get home, and it just doesn't seem worth it, so I try to plan longer ones.

Welcome to the board Sulley - and thanks for posting the trip report. I enjoyed the read. Glad you were able to have a fish meal - trip wouldn't be the same without one IMHO. You are lucky that you live close enough to sneak in a short trip. I agree with you on the solar shower!

BTW: I heat a small pot of water on the fire and mix that into the solar shower water - really makes a difference
