Nice report but I am jealous. We stayed at the same Caribou Lake campsite about 3 weeks later and didn't catch any fish. It was right after a cold front though.

Nice report. I have enjoyed that site on Caribou a couple times. Nice looking bass too. Hope to try and catch him myself. Thanks for sharing.

Enjoyed the pics and the report. I need to scan some of my old pics, but I KNOW that view on Alder. I've stayed in that very campsite twice. The view of the palisade to the left gives it away. Thanks for sharing!

I've never used a virgin latrine - unless one counts the holes dug in the Q.
