Really enjoyed reading your report and comparing our overlapping days and the weather. Nice photos, especially the "rummage sale." Wonder where the Indiana couple were when the missed the pickup? (Done that once.) --Goose

Thanks for the report. Our group of four left a perfectly sheltered camp on Russel to travel north the morning of the big storm. We were on the north part of Sturgeon heading for Twin Lakes when the storm hit. I won't forget that very soon. I know what you mean by tacking into the wind.

What a great report! Super photos and the fishing looked awesome! Sturgeon is one of my favorite lakes up there. Got a good chuckle out of the money drying out. Glad you didn't dump in the current. AdamX
