That looks fun and easy. I am going to write down that cobbler recipe for camping!
I am thinking a disposable aluminum cookie sheet might be a way to have this in a more permanent version in the pack. I think I also saw someone post about using roasting pans. If I remember it right, they just folded the roaster sides into the middle and then folded it up a couple of times to fit in the pack.
