Has anyone rode the trails in Battle Creek Park? It is south of I 94 in St. Paul I believe. It might be in Maplewood or maybe both. I've heard there are some good trails there. Just looking for more info on it. I've also heard there are XC ski trails there in the winter.
Has anyone done that there?

Yes, I live near and bike and walk through fairly often. It's a nice urban park and is really nice in connecting to the other metro bike trails. I use it most often to get to DT St. Paul, and from there, there are several directions you can head on nice bike trails. It's not much of a specific destination for biking though, as there are only a few miles of wooded paved trail. The stretch that follows Battle Creek west towards the Mississippi is nice (aside from the street crossings) and a bit hilly.


I don't XC ski, but I know there are trails for that there too.
