Just a wild guess but I wonder if it would help to glue the joints together with a construction adhesive like PL 200 or something similar?

If there's room underneath it, maybe try adding some support 2x4s or something to reduce how much the platform flexes and squeaks if that's what's causing it.

I have an old reliable, home made tree stand in an old oak tree. I see deer all the time in it. Able to sit, stand, move all over in it. Have about 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 feet of platform. My ? is this. How do I make the boards 'not squeak' when I move or turn in it. It's a 3 tree platform stand. Have put more screws and nails in it already. Any help on this one people?

Is it the floor that squeaks as you move around on it? How is the floor built? Is it floor boards like a deck or a single sheet of plywood?
Using screws instead of nails should help, as would using some additional construction adhesive. One way for it to squeak is for the boards to rub on the nails as they flex. If you can pinpoint the squeaking spot you could also try pulling the nails from that section and replace with screws.
If its built using deck boards make sure the boards aren't butted up tight to one another. That could lead to them rubbing together and causing a squeak as you move around.
One additional thought is that you could try covering the entire platform with a scrap piece of carpet. that should help deaden the sound and will also have the added benefit of keeping your feet warmer.
