We’re in the same boat. My son bought me one last June and I never used it. He took it to download maps and garmin said it can’t be done.

I do this in Basecamp, select an area that contains the trip and save separately. From the saved section the waypoints and routes can be exported.

Thanks, Butthead, I'll give this a try. I've used basecamp with the Oregon GPS unit I have but not with the Inreach. I use the garmin explore website which is what is limiting the upload to a specific number. I have another workaround, simply upload the trip route, but it then duplicates previous uploads if they are in close proximity. Inefficient, but I'm getting what I need.

Also...thanks for all the work you put into making the files available on your sharepoint site. Very nice of you.

Hi All,

Thanks to everyone who has made GPX files available.

I'm trying to upload the campgrounds and portages to my Garmin account on their website and then to my Inreach device. When I attempt to upload it to the Garmin website, I receive this error message: "This file has 1435 Routes which is over the import limit of 500. The number of Routes will need to be reduced before trying to import the file."

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Thanks!
