I recently purchased a Garmin Oregon 450 and downloaded the Base Camp software from Garmin. I was having problems sending my new routes to from Base camp to my device....so I called Garmin and spent time w/ a tech who finally determined that my software for both device and Base camp was outdated!! Even tho I had just purchased them 3 months ago. So if you are running into problems moving maps and routes between them...check to see if you are running the latest in upgraded software. Base Camp should be version 3.3.3 and the Oregon was 5.7 (might be different for your device).
