OK guys let's hear what you use to sharpen up your axes. A hockey puck type stone or a diamond file? Also what brand are you using of either?
I'm thinking of getting a puck type stone as I currently use just a rectangular stone to sharpen and hone my axe, but use it like a puck style.

wet sandpaper mounted to a flat surface. Great control, works fast, choice of grits, and saves the "Old Fingers".

I like a fine edge and may finish with the diamond stone.

I have 4 axes and 3 hatchets. When they need it I touch them up with a file.
