I am thinking of getting a folding saw to complement my sawvivor. I am thinking of the Blahco laplander or the gerber. Any suggestions of recommendations would be appreciated. I have always used bucksaw saws and never a folder, but a folder sure seems convenient. Monolith

I've used the Gerber before and it's fine for small branches and such. If you are going to cut anything of size though get a different saw as the blade length is only about 6-7 inches and so you are doing short strokes on it. Otherwise a nice little saw.
