The more I look at this area the more I'm thinking that I'll be doing this trip. I'll plan on spending a night or two on Bootleg then travel Triumph creek to what looks like a blowdown area and walk the rest of the way to Triumph lake. Spend a couple nights on Triumph then head out the way I went in. Now I just need to be able to get work to agree to give me some time off. That is sometimes the most challenging part of the trip. |

Triumph Creek Looks like navigable depth when most Creeks are in the Spring/early Summer. Regardless of depth I'm sure you can count on lots of deadfall and obstructions. Either way it looks like an adventure! |

Does anyone have any information about Triumph (Wren) lake? Does it hold fish? How about a place to set up camp for a night or two? Can you float (for the most part) Triumph creek? Im guessing with high water you could. Thanks in advance. Curt |
