You're not supposed to bury or burn..need packing out tips. (yuk).

I re-read some other posts about PMA use and they say to practice leave no trace.

Packing out TP isn't as bad as packing out TP and shit. On my trip to Zion N.P. I just used a double ziploc method for the TP and buried the poo in a cat hole.
PMA-wise, if the rules don't "require" you to pack out TP, I would find some TP that is used in RV's and use that? I think it breaks down easier? And use an army shovel to get the hole to the proper depth. I believe if the hole is to deep the poo won't degrade as fast?

I spent a week in a pma last year......during our orientation, the park service instructed us to bury our humans waste more than 150 ft from shoreline and more than 150ft from our camping location....hope this helps.....I checked my pma how to page and there is nothing on it about human waste..the l.n.t. Principles are more for trash, fires, and camping locations.

Not a trace of it left after it burns in the fire...

I can't find anything on-line nor have I kept the paperwork from past PMA experiences, but I'm pretty sure you're supposed to bring a trowel & bury waste more than 100 feet from water...unless my memory is completely awry.

You got two options that have been used out West for packing out shit, the WAG Bag or the Restop 2
I haven't used either, but the WAG bag is handed out at ranger stations at Mt. Whitney and Backpacker Magazine suggests the use for either.
