he is the man i've been emailing tons of questions to, very patient and informative! my map should be here any day.


i've heard from several people about the Leano area so i'll research that area first. thanks!

It seems like most people including myself go into Leano to Wrist and back in a loop with some variation. I went to Wrist doing the chain through Mexican Hat. Then down through Aegean to Paull. Then Elephant Head to BootJack to Bunny and back to Leano. Great Trip. See a previous BWJ for a trip report... Might have been winter 2009... I think Sun Catcher had a similar report on this website under trip reports.

patiently awaiting map of the WCPP area, just wondering about first-timer solo trip routes others have taken? looking at 8-12 days in the fall.
