Anyone have issues with theirs trapping moisture? I've used mine about 10 nights in varying temps (from about 65° to 10°) and some mornings I wake up and my UQ is wet with moisture...I'm assuming trapped perspiration passing through my UQ. It does work great blocking wind etc. I'm just a bit nervous using it on extended winter trips if it's going to keep moisture in my UQ...

My UQP is water proof nylon and I have had no problem with moisture but have only used it down to 40°F. I did use it down to 15°F one night but I had a lot of material between me and the UQP so I don’t think that is a fair test.

Yup I use one as well. Not so much in the summer (although I always bring it just in case), but all the time in the fall, winter and spring.

I do. I actually bought it a couple of years before getting an underquilt. It took me a couple of times to realize I should be hanging it closer to the hammock. It looked like quite the saggy diaper for a while.

Very useful wind protection.

I have a ¾ length UQ and have troubles with gaps. The protector blocks the wind from finding the gaps and makes it a lot warmer. I have the non-breathable one and have never had a problem with condensation.

the new uq, hammock protector is great. nice fit and the perfect add-on for warmth and wind.
