Now that looks like a beautiful site. Looks like it would be good for hammocks too

I stayed at this camp site this week. The fire grate has been moved back some. The black flies were out in force and in attack mode.


The site was in good shape .

Stopped here May 20th, 2020 - 3rd day the BWCA was open last year. Did not stay as we were passing through, but had lunch here and looked around.
It's a nice site, easily a 4-star IMO. Lots of room for a big group, good kitchen area. And excellent views of a pretty lake...
So TB - it has held up well!

It was a bit on the cool side when we were there, so we didn't hang ours. But, yes plenty of nice trees for that purpose as well.


Would be a great site for viewing sunsets too. Unfortunately, we didn't have that opportunity during our stay.
