Thanks for popping in to this forum. I'm sure you have a few gourmet meat dishes that at least I have never thought of, or would never have attempted.

Been a bit since I last looked thru the private forums! Hope you folks don't mind if I stumble in. I love home cooking and fresh food preparation. Waste a lot of time at home cooking soups, and dinner entrees, baking breads, and general kitchen putzing. Add some appropriate music and away I go. Clutch, Hot Bottom Feeder
