Oooooh... that looks good, nice pink smoke ring on the ribs. Beans and cole slaw, that's what I call really living. Looks like a dry rub, do you have a secret rib rub you'd care to share?

Tried some salmon last weekend. Might try some bacon wrapped walleye this week.
