Today we finally bottled our Fresh Hop Citra Pils. I grabbed a 6 pack off the filler early this morning and put them in the brewhouse fridge so I have something decent to drink while I clean up at the end of the day next week. I'm sure we'll be getting it out pretty fast since hoppyish beers should be consumed fresh. I made it, so get your asses out there and buy some!
Also having one right now.

I think it has to clear a lab test this week before it can go out.
