I'll probably use this to update the stuff I find. I usually like to come back to music a month or two later to see if I really like it. Folk music is tough cause it is so mood dependent at least for me. I used to listen to it damn near daily when I worked overnights and would find many amazing acts that I still love dearly to this day. However there are some that I went back to and was like wtf was I into :) Anyways this is a thread for Folk Music in the year 2020. Feel free to add to it or listen to the stuff that I find interesting.

Stone Me by Margo Price

- A lot of it I feel like is me. Both sides are wrong is something I often think. Currently Sober for around 2 weeks. I have never been truly poor but I do recall being more poor and I know my father was very poor and I could be there as well if some stuff went differently in my life.

If We All Die Tomorrow by Tom Rosenthal

- I really enjoy the first part of the song... not so much the second part.

Hey Ma by Bon Iver

- Technically from 2019 but I missed it and I do like him so I am making an exception.

Only Son of the Falling Snow by Bears Den

Homeward Road by Might Be Crimson

I am sure I will add more soon and I have to listen to those last two a few more times but initial thoughts were good.
